Since 2012, Kai has been strategically investing in real estate.
With commitment, effort and luck, he now owns a portfolio of properties, in Canada and Mainland China.
His experience as an investor allowed him to create novel strategies for the investor community, with depth in financing, tax, development feasiblity and estate planning.

When you cannot see Kai in the office, you can likely find him on a jobsite, wearing a hard hat and green tag boots.
Outside his work, Kai likes to golf (although not very good at it) and he enjoys travelling, making new friends and trying new foods!
